When you find an item you like, if it's a sized item, you should select the size you want and click the "Add to cart" button.
You can add as many items as you like to your shopping cart.
If you have any questions or want to order a size not available on the website, you can contact us by email or call us directly from the product page.
We can assist you from Monday to Saturday during business hours from 10:00 to 13:30 hrs and from 17:00 to 20:30 hrs, except holidays.
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you need help with sizes or an item is unavailable, you can contact the customer service team.

If the order you are placing is a gift, during the purchase process you can select that it be gift wrapped and delivered with a gift receipt.
When you complete your purchase, you can tell us if you'd like us to send a message. If the recipient wants to exchange the gift, they can change the order for any other item or for a voucher that they can use whenever they want.
Gift receipts acknowledge the amount in favor of the recipient, but to refund the amount in the same form as the original payment method, the person who placed the order must request it and present the original purchase receipt.
To return any gifted item, the recipient can do so as described in the sections "Can I return an item?" and "How can I return an item or order?".
Each order is associated with a delivery address, so when you want to send the items you buy as gifts to more than one address, you will have to do so in separate orders.
When a gift is returned, the total amount made available to the customer is the total of the item or order received, minus shipping costs if they were free and return shipping costs.

All orders are subject to stock availability, and in the event that an item is out of stock, we will either send the rest of the order if there are more items available or we will cancel the order and refund the amount you have paid.
If we can send the item you have chosen with a different delivery date, you can choose between receiving the item later or receiving a refund for the amount paid.
If you agree to us sending the item later, the return period will begin when you receive the order.

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or Bizum. Item prices and shipping costs are in euros and include VAT.
Within the European Union, there are no customs duties or special taxes.
Orders shipped abroad outside the European Union do not include customs costs or special taxes in the final payment, so these must be paid by the customer upon receipt.

We are environmentally responsible, so when you place an order, you will receive an email receipt instead of the paper receipt previously used for online orders. This helps us be more environmentally friendly. We will only include a paper receipt for gifts, and only if you request a gift receipt at checkout.

How do we handle shipments?

Shipping costs are free on final orders over €60 in Spain and €300 for the rest of the world.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Shipments are made from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Purchases made after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
All orders destined for Spain (except the Balearic Islands) are shipped with Nacex, and for the rest of the world and the Balearic Islands, they are shipped with UPS.
If you want express shipping, you can select it at the time of purchase.

For final orders with a price exceeding €150 in Spain and €300 for Europe, standard shipping is free.
If you need your order urgently, you can select express shipping at checkout. The table below shows the cost of the different shipping options:

We hope you like your order, but if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item within 14 days of receiving it.
We accept returns on all items except those that are personalized or made to order. Please be careful when trying on the pieces, as they must be in the same condition as when you received them if you wish to return them.
All returned items must retain all warranty tags with which they were shipped. All items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and unwashed, and must have all security tags attached. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received them, including the original brand packaging.
If the items do not meet the conditions of our return policy, we will not be able to accept them.

To return an item or order, we need to receive it at our store.
You can ship it yourself, or if you prefer, you can contact us and we'll send a courier. The couriers we work with are Nacex and UPS.

When preparing the package for return, please be careful, as in order to make the return it must comply with our returns policy as indicated in "Can I return an item?".
Shipping costs are free on final orders over €150 in Spain and €300 abroad, but return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will be excluded from the total amount paid when making the refund if you want us to manage the return shipment through our carriers.

Once we have received the item or order you wish to return, if it meets our return policy, we will proceed with the refund in the same payment method you used for the purchase.
The refund will be processed within seven days of receiving the item.

All items with sizes available have a size guide on their product page to help you choose the right size. You can return or exchange any size item as long as it's in stock.
If the item is unavailable in store when you wish to make the exchange, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date for the size you requested. If we do not have the size you requested available, we will process a refund, as explained in "How can I return an order or an item?" and "How do we issue a refund?".
